How We're Keeping Everyone Safe With Our Covid Policy

Covid is still a threat in the UK and we're committed to ensuring we are doing our part to prevent the spread of the virus. Here's how we're keeping everyone safe with our covid policy.

We want to be as clear as we can be on how we are operating as a business going forward, to keep everyone as safe as possible. Transitioning out of lockdown will mean we go through a period of adjustment while we find our 'new normal'.

Rest assured our focus is, as always, on providing you with an excellent level of service and helping you reach the satisfying feeling of completing your goals.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to get in touch.

What Does This Mean For Your Meeting?

For the time being our offices remain closed to visitors. Our preference is to meet with you online or by telephone and we are asking our clients and visitors to request a face-to-face meeting only where it is essential. If you are attending any of our buildings for an essential meeting, we request that you continue to wear a face-covering in the public areas. You will be able to remove it once seated for our meeting. Further details on how we are keeping everyone safe are below. If you need to drop off a document, we can accept a digital copy in many cases. Give us a call to check as it could save you an unnecessary trip out. If you must bring it in person, our Team will let you know and arrange for you to drop it with us. While the world finds its feet again, we continue to ask that you do not drop into our offices in passing. If you need to contact us, please remember that you can contact us via phone and email.

How We're Keeping Everyone Safe

If you are attending any of our buildings for a meeting, we are committed to continuing to ensure that our buildings are COVID secure. We will ensure surfaces are cleaned regularly and that rooms are well ventilated, together with any other procedures recommended by Public Health England. While we transition out of lockdown, we will maintain the use of face coverings and request that you wear one on arrival and when moving around the building. You will be able to remove it during your meeting if you choose to. We also request for both staff and clients to make use of our sanitising stations upon entering or leaving any of our buildings, and to socially distance where possible. If you have a meeting booked and feel unwell, please do not travel to the office without speaking with us first - we may decide to rearrange your meeting or host it remotely.
